1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup yellow mustard
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
3 to 4 crushed garlic cloves
3 to 4 lbs. pork spareribs
1/4 cup honey
hot sauce to taste
Directions
- In a large pan, combine ¼ cup water with soy sauce, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic
- Add ribs and marinate 1 to 2 hours in refrigerator
- Combine honey and hot sauce
- If using the oven, place marinade in bottom of pan, baste meat with honey mixture and bake at 400°. If using grill, boil marinade, then use it to baste ribs while grilling
- Baste with honey mixture the last 20 minutes of cooking
- Ribs are done when bone pulls away from meat with ease
