Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce

  • 1/2 cup yellow mustard

  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 3 to 4 crushed garlic cloves

  • 3 to 4 lbs. pork spareribs

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • hot sauce to taste

Directions

  • In a large pan, combine ¼ cup water with soy sauce, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic
  • Add ribs and marinate 1 to 2 hours in refrigerator
  • Combine honey and hot sauce
  • If using the oven, place marinade in bottom of pan, baste meat with honey mixture and bake at 400°. If using grill, boil marinade, then use it to baste ribs while grilling
  • Baste with honey mixture the last 20 minutes of cooking
  • Ribs are done when bone pulls away from meat with ease
